We are looking for an ICT Head Office/Roaming Customer Support Officer to join the team based primarily out of our head office in Mayfair St, West Perth to provide ICT support to both our employees and residents. The role will also require travel to a determined number of our Residential Aged Care homes within the metro Perth area and North-West Perth region. We are looking for a front-facing IT expert who isn't afraid to provide the most basic IT support to our colleagues in the office and the clinical teams and vulnerable people in our Residential Aged Care homes. About the role Reporting to the Senior Manager of ICT Service Delivery, you will be providing support, education and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure and the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems and issues. You’ll ensure efficient customer service assistance for ICT related services, including computer and related peripherals, applications and developments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing ICT support to both employees and residents 2-3 years minimum of IT support or helpdesk experience Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails and face to face requests in a timely and professional manner Provide second level, and when required first level support, for hardware, software, and network issues Troubleshoot problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Video Conferencing Equipment and office applications and resident TVs. Document issues and resolutions clearly in the Helpdesk system Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support or relevant departments What you’ll bring Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and ticketing systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Willingness to work with elderly residents What we offer Our people are integral to achieving our vision of being a leading aged care provider in Australia.
