Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager (SDAM) to take ownership of a portfolio of clients and deliver exceptional digital results The Role As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted digital advisor for your clients. You’ll manage, optimise, and report on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns while building strong, long-term client relationships grounded in insight, transparency, and performance. You’ll be provided with an established book of clients and will focus on delivering an outstanding account management experience. While you won’t be responsible for cold or proactive sales, your work will naturally generate referrals and inbound opportunities—which you’ll help manage. What You’ll Do Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, and challenges Provide insight-focused reporting and campaign updates Campaign Strategy Conduct needs analysis and develop comprehensive client briefs Audit existing digital campaigns and websites to identify opportunities Build tailored digital marketing strategies using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and more Translate strategy into clear, client-facing documentation Campaign Management & Optimisation Onboard new clients and lead project scoping sessions Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms Develop SEO strategies in collaboration with SEO and Content Specialists Write compelling ad copy, keywords, and creative briefs Collaborate with Design to deliver strong creative outcomes Manage budgets, pacing, and performance to maximise ROI Optimise campaigns through bid adjustments, creative refreshes, keyword updates, and strategy refinement Reporting & Insights Deliver ongoing reporting with clear insights and recommendations Lead monthly update meetings (or tailored reporting based on client preference) Analyse data in Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms to identify growth opportunities What You’ll Bring Proven experience in digital account management or digital marketing Strong hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, analytics, and digital platforms Confidence communicating strategy, performance, and insights to clients A consultative mindset with strong commercial and business acumen Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills A passion for staying up to date with the digital marketing landscape If you’re ready to step into a senior role where relationships, strategy, and performance truly matter, we’d love to hear from you
