The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines, addressing issues proactively, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality print products. The role requires effective communication to provide exceptional service and to meet client requirements promptly and efficiently. QualificationsStrong client relationship management, communication, and customer service skillsSolid knowledge of print production processes and specifications (sizes, stocks, finishes, etc.) to confidently advise clients and liaise with production teams.Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions to ensure timely deliveriesAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentRelevant experience in account management, sales, or customer service, would be regarded highly.
