What You’ll Be Doing: Commercial & P&L Management Own casino strategy and performance decisions, using data and market insight to continuously refine the commercial direction of the vertical. Take operational ownership of the Casino P&L; monitor revenue, promotional costs, and GGR performance to ensure targets are achieved and spend is optimized. Stay informed on industry trends, player preferences, and competitor activity to support data-driven decision-making. Product & Portfolio Operations Oversee the end-to-end Casino product offering, from provider / game selection and approvals to performance reviews, to ensure a strong, engaging portfolio. Lead commercial negotiations with game providers and platform partners, setting supplier strategy and standards while partnering with the executive team as required. Work closely with the Casino product squad to develop and refine the Online Casino product offering. Marketing & CRM Execution Define operational requirements for CRM and Marketing teams, providing input into the planning and execution of campaigns and promotional product offerings to maximize efficient player engagement and retention. Ensure the delivery of a market-leading digital wagering experience across all touchpoints. Leadership & Collaboration Build, lead, and scale the Casino team, setting clear expectations, standards, and ways of working as the team grows Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery across all Casino initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5 years experience in online gaming, with significant exposure to Online Casino operations, product, or commercial leadership roles. At least 1-2 years of people management experience is required. Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of Casino revenue drivers, bonus efficiency, and GGR optimization. Casino Product Expertise: Strong grasp of Casino content, player behavior, incentives, and portfolio management. Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and player insights to guide strategy.
