About the Role We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to join our growing team. This role will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening our brand presence and expanding our reach across different states in Australia and into the New Zealand market and South East Asia. The successful candidate will drive growth across both digital and offline marketing channels. Key responsibilities include optimizing our website and newsletters, as well as coordinating internal and external resources to improve and expand our reach for both the company and our channel resellers. Salary package $90,000 per annum standard superannuation Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Authorisation: Australia (Required) Ability to Commute: Coopers Plains, QLD 4108 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Coopers Plains, QLD 4108: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Key Responsibilities Plan, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns to drive new client engagement and conversions. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business goals and future market trends. Create and manage marketing content across social media platforms and other digital channels. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to optimise existing marketing channels such as the company website, newsletters, and digital platforms. Identify and implement digital marketing tools and technologies, including SEO strategies and AI-enabled marketing solutions , to improve marketing efficiency and expand customer reach. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Organise and attend relevant online and offline events, seminars, and conferences to promote company services. Assist with the planning and execution of events from concept through to post-event analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, collaborators, and media outlets. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and partnerships in relevant industries across domestic markets and in New Zealand. Initiate contact with potential collaborators through emails, calls, and meetings to support business development initiatives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Fluency in Chinese and English, with Mandarin required. At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, communications, or event coordination. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, website optimisation, and email marketing. Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing, such as content generation, analytics, or campaign optimisation. Ability to coordinate internal and external resources to support marketing initiatives. Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
