What you’ll do • Take ownership of new business growth by proactively engaging prospects and identifying new opportunities. • Conduct outbound calls and on the ground prospecting • Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present value-adding solutions. • Generate quotes, proposals, and new service agreements, and follow up on leads. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track activity and pipeline progress. • Support onboarding and initial client engagement for seamless handovers. • Achieve weekly KPIs including calls, qualified leads, appointments booked, and conversion rates. • Collaborate with the wider team to share insights, support processes, and contribute to team success. • Participate in training, mentoring, and team initiatives to develop your skills. • Model professional communication and presentation in all interactions.
