Why you’ll love working with us Be part of a supportive, high-performing team – work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and delivery excellence Flexible work options – work from home on Fridays Prime location – modern office near St Leonards Station and Crows Nest Metro Wellbeing focus – free on-site gym and subsidised fitness classes Enjoy island perks – discounted accommodation, tours, and dining on Hamilton Island Where you’ll make an impact You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Hamilton Island’s digital transformation initiatives, including: Lead the redevelopment of our website (booking engine, CMS and hosting platform) Drive CRM implementation and optimisation Oversee mobile app development and customer data platform (CDP) integration Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery Balance agile and waterfall methodologies depending on project requirements Ensure digital solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and user-centric Support operational transition and adoption of new platforms What we’re looking for You’re a highly organised, delivery-focused project professional with strong digital expertise and the confidence to lead complex, customer-facing technology initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage competing priorities, and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. You bring a strategic mindset, strong risk management capability, and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes through digital innovation. To be successful, you’ll need 8 years’ project delivery experience, including at least 3 years managing digital or customer-facing technology projects Proven experience delivering websites (CMS and hosting platforms), CRM platforms, mobile apps, or digital experience platforms Strong working knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies Experience working with digital technologies such as CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), and cloud hosting environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management skills Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master or similar) Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related discipline Experience within hospitality, tourism, or travel industries About Hamilton Island Our mission is to share the wonder of Hamilton Island with the world by creating wonder-filled experiences for our guests, employees and community.
