You thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage competing priorities, and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. You bring a strategic mindset, strong risk management capability, and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes through digital innovation. To be successful, you’ll need 8 years’ project delivery experience, including at least 3 years managing digital or customer-facing technology projects Proven experience delivering websites (CMS and hosting platforms), CRM platforms, mobile apps, or digital experience platforms Strong working knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies Experience working with digital technologies such as CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), and cloud hosting environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management skills Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master or similar) Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related discipline Experience within hospitality, tourism, or travel industries About Hamilton Island Our mission is to share the wonder of Hamilton Island with the world by creating wonder-filled experiences for our guests, employees and community.
