Service Coordinator | Electronic Security & Trades Services Fairfield, Melbourne An established electronic security integrator is seeking a highly organised Service Coordinator to join their Melbourne office. Operating within the trades services and electronic security sector, this business delivers high-technology security solutions to commercial clients, providing reliable protection across buildings and critical infrastructure. Their dedicated team of technicians install, service and recommend tailored systems to suit each client’s unique environment. This is a pivotal position within the service team. As Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling technicians daily and weekly across various client sites, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed on time. You will communicate regularly with technicians via phone and in person, liaise with clients regarding bookings and service updates, and work closely with the National Service Manager as well as interstate coordinators to support operations across multiple states when required. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate service technicians across multiple sites Communicate with technicians and clients via phone, email and CRM systems Manage job workflows using SimPRO and Microsoft 365 Support contractor coordination, minor sales administration and stock management Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service delivery standards About You Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or similar scheduling role Background in construction, trades services, electrical or a related technical industry preferred Confident and professional phone manner with strong written communication skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment Exposure to electronic security systems is advantageous, or a genuine interest in learning the industry This is an excellent opportunity for someone from the trades or construction sector looking to build a long-term career within the electronic security industry, working with a supportive national team and a well-established client base.
