The Role You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties while being supported by admin/VA assistance and on-road support , allowing you to focus on relationship management and portfolio performance. Your Responsibility: Managing landlord and tenant relationships Coordinating maintenance and repairs Managing arrears and lease renewals Conducting routine inspections (with support) Ensuring portfolio compliance and documentation General portfolio management duties System Use: PropertyTree Snug Inspection Express What We're Looking For: 2 years experience in residential property management Strong organisation and time management Confident communication with landlords and tenants Experience using PropertyTree or similar systems Ability to manage a portfolio efficiently Salary & Benefits: Up to $75,000 Super Laptop provided 1 in 4 Saturdays with time in lieu Support from VA/Admin and on-road team Lets have a confidential chat?
