You’ll join our Commercial Banking team in a full time role based in Perth / Boorloo, Noongar Country, where you’ll take the lead in managing and growing a Diversified Industries portfolio. You’ll be out in the market building deep relationships with large commercial customers, supporting them with lending solutions and creating standout customer experiences that genuinely help their businesses thrive. You’ll uncover new to bank opportunities, nurture strong referral networks and work closely with specialists across Commercial Banking including working capital, cash flow, wealth, financial markets and transactional banking. You’ll also partner closely with analysts and portfolio managers to ensure customers feel supported at every stage of their journey. This is a people centred role where you’ll feel trusted to show up with curiosity, commercial insight and the kind of energy that helps customers see what’s possible. What do I need? • Strong experience in commercial or corporate lending • Well developed credit capability, including complex structuring • Confidence winning new business and building a strong referral network • Ability to identify home lending opportunities as part of broader customer needs • Comfortable partnering with analysts and portfolio managers to deliver great outcomes Why join us?
