You’ll be based in Perth / Boorloo on Noongar Country, working full time as part of a close knit Regional Commercial and Agribusiness team dedicated to backing the businesses that keep regional Western Australia thriving. With a strong focus on agribusiness, you’ll work side by side with Relationship Managers to support a diverse portfolio of customers, diving deep into their banking needs and shaping solutions that help their businesses move forward. You’ll ensure credit proposals are sharp, insights are clear and customers feel supported every step of the way, enabling our Relationship Managers to be out in market building deeper, long lasting relationships with growers, producers and agribusiness operators across WA. If you’re hungry to learn, passionate about regional industries and excited about building a career in agribusiness banking, this role puts you right in the centre of it. What do I need? • Confidence working with numbers, including financial analysis and credit assessment across commercial and agribusiness customers • A sharp eye for spotting potential risks early and a practical approach to solving problems • A natural ability to connect with people, listen deeply and build strong, trusting relationships • A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a team that wins together • A real passion for regional communities and industries, and curiosity about what makes local businesses tick Why join us?
