Associate Nurse Unit Manager Classification: YW11/YW12 dependant on experience Salary: $116,911.60 to $120,848 annually Superannuation Salary Packaging Full Time with ADO About our opportunity: The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) works as part of the clinical team in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and in the absence of the NUM will be required to be the Nurse in Charge of the shift. The ANUM will assist the NUM, to administer and manage the professional and operational resources involved in the clinical management of the facility. Under the direction of the NUM, the ANUM will be responsible for providing mentoring and leadership across the team. The ANUM works with the multidisciplinary team to ensure person-centred care and evidence-based practice is provided to residents and patients in the facility. Penshurst Campus to PDHS comprises of 4 acute beds, 29 nursing home beds (consisting of high and low care), 10 independent living units (6 in Dunkeld & 4 in Penshurst) and consulting rooms for visiting services.
