Planned Surgery Clinical Nurse Consultant Permanent Part Time minimum 64 hours up to Full Time with an ADO Classification - ZA7 Salary - $62.78 to $66.0842 per hour 12% Superannuation Salary Packaging About the role WDHS is seeking an experienced Planned Surgery Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to lead the coordination and enhancement of our Planned Surgery Services. This new senior role will strengthen pre-admission processes, theatre booking oversight, surgical consulting workflows, and organisational readiness for the Elective Surgery Information System (ESIS). The CNC will support delivery of regional and statewide priorities outlined in the Victorian Surgical Services Blueprint, ensuring patients are well prepared for surgery, theatre utilisation is optimised, and elective surgery reporting meets Department of Health standards. The successful applicant will bring strong perioperative or surgical access experience, leadership capability, and a proven record in service improvement, workflow development and data driven quality initiatives. Working collaboratively with theatre, pre-admission and surgical teams, the CNC will drive safe, timely and equitable access to planned surgery.
