The Role This is a flexible, mobile position where no two days are the same. You'll provide evidence-based therapy across community settings, telehealth and clinical hubs — with the flexibility to work from home when not seeing clients. You will: Support paediatric and adult clients with diverse needs Work collaboratively to achieve meaningful NDIS goals Conduct assessments and deliver tailored interventions Complete assistive technology assessments (where relevant) Manage a varied caseload with structured support Write clear, timely reports Build strong relationships with families and referrers Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development A Truly Supportive New Graduate Program Starting your career can feel overwhelming — this 12-month structured program is designed to make the transition smooth and confidence-building.
