This six-month program is designed to empower current and aspiring media professionals from culturally diverse backgrounds by connecting them with experienced mentors across the industry. Participants will benefit from tailored mentorship, networking events, and curated resources, all aimed at fostering career growth. Aspiring, early, or mid-career journalists seeking to enhance their skills in a culturally safe environment are encouraged to apply.
