The Role We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced senior chefs who are keen to explore an upcoming opportunity within our staff dining team. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, the full ‑ time Sous Chef will oversee all aspects of daily operations within a high‑volume production kitchen, as well as the management of the stewarding team for the internal dining area. This role is responsible for leading a professional culinary team and ensuring the kitchen and staff dining area operate as a successful outlet by organising, directing, and controlling production and administration in line with Crown’s standards and policies. The Sous Chef will also be accountable for delivering key business objectives, driving operational excellence, and achieving set financial and people targets, while maintaining consistency and quality across all meals. About You Experience in a production kitchen with exposure to high volume. Set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals. Collaborate effectively within a team in a face-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to identify and satisfy internal and external stakeholder needs. Strong organisational and communication skills. Self-motivated and adaptable.
