All About the Role As one of our Front-of-House superstars, you are a critical part of ensuring the Black Star Pastry experience is seamless and positively memorable for every customer. You'll be an essential part of the Black Star Pastry customer experience — serving our signature cakes, pastries, and beverages with efficiency, enthusiasm, and care. The following will also ensure you have the lived experiences to hit the ground running: Previous experience working in a hospitality/retail environment. Demonstrate a positive attitude with a team oriented mindset. Embrace continuous improvement and learning. Proven ability to drive positive customer interactions centered on customer delight and upholding our product quality. High degree of diligence with Safe Food Handling and Hygiene practices.
