THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated hospitality professional to join our Gaming Floor as a Bar Supervisor . This role is based within Crown Sydney’s premium gaming environment, delivering high‑volume, luxury beverage service to our gaming guests across the main gaming floor and private gaming areas. Operating 24/7, the gaming floor bars offer a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment where precision, presence and guest engagement are key. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless bar operations while maintaining the highest standards of service expected within a luxury gaming setting. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading bar teams during service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the daily operations across the gaming floor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being highly visible, leads by example, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about creating memorable moments for both guests and team members. The successful candidate will have experience managing large teams in a dynamic environment, strong operational awareness, exceptional customer focus, and the confidence to engage with guests in a gaming‑led setting.
