Applications for this role are being managed by Ezgi Erdogan‑Frost , Randstad Australia The Minor Works Coordinator supports the delivery and management of AAL’s asset management and maintenance programs, contributing to the effective execution of the Facilities Maintenance team’s capital and minor works portfolio. The role assists in the delivery of AAL’s long‑term asset renewal and capital replacement programs, supports larger and more complex maintenance projects, and helps optimise AAL’s asset base through strong project coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement and financial oversight. Working closely with the Facilities Maintenance team and key stakeholders, the position plays an important role in ensuring assets are maintained, renewed and enhanced to support safe, efficient and customer‑focused airport operations. Delivery of the FM team’s Master Capital Plan, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and AAL project delivery framework. Support the Facilities maintenance team in the delivery of larger and more complex maintenance projects. Strengthen governance and accountability across project delivery and contract management. Enhance communication and stakeholder engagement for major FM works, particularly those impacting tenants and operational continuity. Support the Asset Engineers in interpreting condition assessments and developing asset management plans and programs. Assist in the development of a rolling 20-year asset renewal program to inform future MCPs. Manage minor works project budgets. Act as the technical point of contact for FM capital and major OPEX project delivery. Comply with all relevant safety regulations and standards to ensure systems meet inspection and operational requirements. Support the Head of Facilities & Asset Management to facilitate asset performance at optimum level. Maintain an accurate, current asset register in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Embed Customer Service in attitudes and actions. Qualifications Essential Formal qualifications in Project management or relevant experience Highly numerate with ability to understand commercial, financial and contractual obligations Experienced knowledge of MS Office suite Desirable Demonstrable knowledge of Technology One suite Experience Essential Understanding of best practice project delivery process Experience of working in a team managing conflicting demands Proven capability to meet timelines Strong data analysis capability Working knowledge of financial and computerised maintenance management systems Experienced in working with suppliers and contractors Desirable Track record of working in an operational environment with multiple stakeholders
