We’re looking for a detail-focused Supply Chain Support officer to support the accurate coordination of freight, documentation, and system integrity across our domestic and export operations. As the Supply Chain Support officer you will be accountable for ensuring accurate data entry, compliant export documentation, and seamless coordination between planning, warehouse, and freight partners. You’ll play a critical part in keeping product moving efficiently while maintaining strong system accuracy and documentation compliance. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate entry of shipment and logistics data Maintain system integrity across orders, freight, and shipment records Prepare and process compliant export documentation Coordinate bookings with domestic carriers and export freight forwarders Retrieve, verify and file Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation Review daily freight reconciliation reports and resolve discrepancies Manage shared mailboxes and respond to enquiries professionally Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external freight partners What we’re looking for 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, export or administration Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel preferred) Exposure to freight or export documentation processes (desirable) A genuine commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement Why join Huon?
