About the Role: This newly created position has been established to strengthen the HR function and provide critical coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will: Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including managing the HR inbox, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records in ELMO Assist with recruitment administration such as job posting, interview coordination, and candidate communication Contribute to the twice‑yearly induction program and broader HR initiatives Prepare documentation for HRBPs, assist with investigations, and support L&D reporting Work closely with the Recruitment Lead, HR Business Partners, HR Projects Lead, and HRIS Advisor, gaining broad exposure across the HR function This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build capability across all facets of HR within a supportive education environment. About You: You will be a proactive and approachable early‑career HR professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
