What You'll Own (Year 1) Customer Enquiries — 60% All inbound enquiries — phone, email, showroom Enquiry to order journey — quality and speed Set expectations on lead times, specs, delivery Dealer Network — 25% Manage dealer and trade partner relationships Handle dealer enquiries, technical questions, order coordination Primary commercial contact for B2B partners Systems Building — 15% Design customer enquiry systems (CRM, lead tracking, quoting workflows) Establish KPIs for response times and conversion Document processes that scale Who Fits 3-5 years in customer-facing commercial roles.
