We are once again supporting our client WorkVentures to bring on a Business Development Representative to join the passionate and purpose-driven team. WorkVentures is Australia’s leading IT social enterprise, delivering technology solutions that create real social impact. The team's Cyber division is a fast-growing advisory practice helping Not-for-Profit organisations strengthen cyber resilience, governance and digital safety. The Role This is a true hunter-style Business Development role focused on generating qualified leads within the NFP sector. You’ll be stepping into an established and well-structured cyber offering, working alongside experienced cyber leaders to help organisations strengthen their resilience and protect vulnerable communities. Beyond driving growth, you’ll be contributing to meaningful social impact, with a clear pathway to progress into a Cyber Sales Lead role as the division continues to expand. You Will Be: Prospecting 300 - 400 organisations to generate new opportunities Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns Attending networking events and sector forums Booking qualified meetings Working closely with the team's Cyber Lead to convert opportunities Maintaining accurate CRM records (HubSpot experience advantageous) Building relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Fundraising Managers and sector leaders Your focus is lead generation and appointment setting - bringing quality opportunities into the pipeline. You will be rewarded with: A base salary of $60,000 Super Uncapped commission (OTE $100K) High conversion rate from qualification to sale Clear pathway into Cyber Sales leadership If you’re motivated by targets and want real earning potential in a supported environment, this role delivers. About You You may have 1-3 years in sales, BDR, fundraising, partnerships or a customer-facing role - but attitude and lead generation matters most.
