We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Account Manager to join a leading company in the Events & Nightlife sector. This role focuses on fostering and expanding client partnerships across NSW, VIC & QLD. Client Details LINES are a technology start-up taking the Events and Nightlife Industry in Australia by storm. The head office is in Alexandria, NSW and they are in scale-up mode through Australia and London. Description Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and objectives. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and account management activities. Ensure all client interactions are conducted professionally and in line with company policies. Profile A successful Sales & Account Manager should have: Proven experience in sales or account management within the Events and Nightlife / Hospitality sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. A genuine interest and enthusiasm in events and nightlife. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape in the hospitality / events industry. Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools. Job Offer Competitive salary package between $70,000 and $100,000 AUD, plus bonus and super (negotiable for the right candidate).
