We have a new opportunity for an emerging Lawyer or Associate to join our Estate Planning & Property practice in Brisbane working with Heather Beckingsale and Aston Joppich . About the role and team In this newly created role, you will join a large, growing team united by shared values and a clear vision, working across a broad range of Estate/Succession Planning and Property matters as well as Corporate, Commercial and M&A work. You will directly support Senior Lawyers and Partners who will offer you genuine collaboration opportunities, mentoring, regular feedback, and ongoing professional development and training to support your career progression. The range of transactional matters you will work on includes: Personal succession (including estate planning), business succession—ongoing business structure, governance, transition to ‘retirement’, wills, and trust arrangements. Commercial and industrial property acquisitions and sales, leasing and borrower financing. conveyancing, disposals, commercial and residential developments. Share sales of landholding entities, joint ventures, borrower financing and property advices and disputes. Business sales and acquisitions and general commercial advisory. If you have relevant pre-admission experience, we encourage you apply. You will have strong drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to confidently communicate with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders. Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded: estate planning, estate administration, property transactions, commercial contracts, or general corporate matters.
