South East Sydney | 9:00am – 5:30pm | Office-Based Our client, a highly regarded and long-established multi-disciplinary law firm in Sydney’s South East, is seeking an experienced Migration Lawyer or Registered Migration Agent to lead and manage their migration practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established and trusted practice with an existing client base, strong referral network, and supportive team environment. The Opportunity You will take full ownership of the migration practice and lead a small, capable team. The role includes: Managing a broad range of visa matters across most visa subclasses Meeting with and advising clients directly Overseeing files end-to-end Leading and supervising a team of two (Admin Assistant and Junior Solicitor) Training, mentoring and upskilling junior staff Maintaining and growing referral relationships This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident, competent and capable of running a practice independently.
