What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in any field (required). 1–2 years of proven success in sales (recruitment or B2B preferred). Entrepreneurial drive with a vision for building a team or growing into an Account Director role. High integrity and a natural ability to build long-term partnerships. Your Responsibilities Source and place Mental Health professionals (Psychologist, Psychiatrist and Mental Health Specialists) into permanent roles nationwide. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and high-calibre candidates. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. Participate in team events and contribute to our collaborative culture. What You'll Enjoy Take over an established desk: Our current consultant is joining our Uk office. Intensive 8-week training regardless of prior experience. Manage established national client accounts with vacancies from day one. Commitment to internal promotion is key —we do not hire managers externally. We offer clear, performance-based pathways for every consultant, unlike other agencies where advancement may be influenced by politics. On average, our consultants get promoted twice a year.
