What You'll Be Doing Managing the full 360-degree recruitment cycle from business development through to placement Building and nurturing strong client relationships across Marketing Sourcing, screening, and interviewing exceptional candidates Providing strategic market insights and recruitment advice to clients Negotiating offers and managing placements through to successful onboarding Developing your own client desk and achieving individual revenue targets Staying ahead of trends and movements in the Digital, Sales, and Marketing landscape What We're Looking For Essential: Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house) focusing on Marketing or an interest in the sector.
