We’re seeking a Learning & Development Advisor who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution - someone capable of strengthening capability across operational teams while contributing to broader organisational development initiatives. The Opportunity You’ll shape and embed capability frameworks, leadership pathways and workforce development strategies that support Mazzei’s next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with operational leaders across multiple divisions, influencing performance uplift, succession planning and cultural alignment. What You’ll Be Responsible For Develop and embed a Group-wide L&D and organisational capability strategy aligned to growth Design competency frameworks, leadership pathways and workforce planning initiatives Partner with leaders to drive performance uplift, succession planning and cultural alignment Lead compliance and regulatory capability aligned to Victorian building and safety standards Design and deliver blended learning solutions across operational and corporate teams Measure capability impact, track workforce metrics and drive continuous improvement What You’ll Bring Essential Tertiary qualification in Learning & Development, HR, Education or related discipline 5 years’ experience in L&D, ideally within construction or regulated industries Strong understanding of Victorian building regulations and OHS requirements Demonstrated experience designing structured capability frameworks Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills Experience working across multi-site operational environments Highly Regarded Organisational Development background (culture, workforce planning, performance frameworks) Change management experience within growing organisations Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent Experience managing apprenticeship and traineeship programs Why Mazzei Group Join a purpose-driven builder delivering meaningful community impact Play a foundational role in shaping capability across a growing construction group Executive-backed investment in systems, leadership and long-term workforce strategy Influence culture, performance and succession planning at a Group level Melbourne-based with exposure across diverse project environments We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
