We are currently seeking an experienced Reservationist for our site at Lotus Creek. This is a DIDO role; however, FIFO would also be considered. The Role: Proven experience in: - Reservationist/ Administration prefer with strong RMS booking system experience or similar Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email and online booking systems Accurately enter and update reservation requests in the system Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly Generate daily, weekly and monthly client reports Assist in developing and implementing processes to meet clients’ needs Experience in Group Bookings & overbooking management Hands on dynamic team player that is willing to assist Housekeeping, Kitchen or Bar Experience with QLD RSA Great time management & organization with ability to think on your feet We’re looking for candidates with: Min 2 year in a fast pace Front Office environment with experience in Group Bookings Ability to work independently without supervision Maintain up to date knowledge of our villages and services Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Ability to work independently without supervision Friendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environment Availability to work on a 14/7 roster cycle (14 days on, 7 days off). Willing to work 10- 12 hour shifts each day on rotating roster. Ability to travel into/out from site at own expense To be considered, you must have or be willing to obtain: Must have an Open Driver's License Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen Have a recent National Police Check (within 1 month) Unrestricted work rights in Australia Have a current Food Safety Certificate or willing to complete our free online food safety certificate Preferably a current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)_ or willing to obtain your own SIRROM, a trusted industry leader and provider with 50 years in Life Support and Facilities Management, is expanding!
