Job Title: Trainee Baker / Junior Baker Location: Multiple locations available (various bakery businesses) Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our bakery teams as Trainee Bakers / Junior Bakers across multiple bakery locations. This role provides hands-on training and practical experience in preparing and baking a wide range of bread and bakery products under the supervision of qualified bakers. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with preparation and baking of bread and bakery products following established recipes and production schedules Measuring ingredients and assisting with mixing, kneading, shaping and proofing dough Supporting daily bakery production activities under supervision Operating bakery equipment safely and assisting with oven operations Finishing and presenting bakery products to required standards Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety practices Cleaning and organising work areas and equipment Supporting senior bakers and team members as required Requirements Interest in baking and willingness to undertake training Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays Good communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Commitment to food safety and workplace safety practices Benefits On-the-job training and skill development Supportive team environment Opportunity for career progression into a Qualified Baker role Positions available across multiple bakery locations How to Apply: Please apply here.
