The Role As Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in our open coastal Mediterranean kitchen-home to a Josper grill and Montague broiler-working closely with our Executive Chef to deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience. Your role will involve supporting day‑to‑day kitchen operations and service execution, leading and mentoring junior chefs, upholding exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency, and managing ordering, stock rotation and waste minimisation. You will also ensure all workplace health and safety standards are met, contribute ideas toward seasonal menu development, and help maintain a collaborative, positive and high‑performing kitchen culture.
