Building Manager – High-End Residential Developer Our client, a premium property development group, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Building Manager with strong trade foundations and demonstrated project delivery capability. This role is ideal for a practical operator who enjoys being on site, working closely with trades, and taking ownership of projects from initiation through to completion — ensuring exceptional quality outcomes. You will oversee day-to-day works across the developer’s portfolio and active projects, blending minor hands-on trade tasks with contractor coordination, quality assurance, defect management and project oversight.
