The Operations Analyst Development Program is an entry-level pathway for university graduates seeking a career in secret intelligence at ASIS. Upon completion of customised training, you'll rotate through multiple teams to apply and build your analytical skills with specialist assistance and guidance. In this role you will be responsible for supporting ASIS operations and Intelligence Officers in the field. You will support operational activities in a range of ways which may include leads generation; risk analysis; the production of finished intelligence reporting; legal and compliance oversight; critical administrative support; broad customer engagement, and so much more. The key duties of the position include Over the course of the 12-month program you will be provided with comprehensive training in intelligence analysis and reporting as well as the opportunity to develop and apply foundational technical and soft skills through workplace rotations, development initiatives and exposure events. You will apply your knowledge and abilities to real world issues in ways that both challenge and reward, and that encourage you to connect and collaborate.
