Job Title: Baker Business: Bakers Delight Epping Location: Epping, NSW Employment Type: Full-time Bakers Delight Epping is seeking a qualified and motivated Baker to join our bakery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread and bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and food safety. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and baking bread, rolls and specialty bakery products in accordance with Bakers Delight recipes and standards Measuring, mixing, kneading, shaping and proofing dough products Monitoring fermentation and baking processes to ensure consistent product quality Operating ovens and bakery equipment safely and efficiently Finishing and presenting bakery products to required standards Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety practices Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering ingredients Maintaining a clean and organised bakery workspace Requirements Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification, or relevant industry experience Previous experience in a commercial bakery environment preferred Ability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment Good time-management and organisational skills Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WHS practices Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Benefits Stable full-time employment Supportive and friendly team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Consistent roster and working hours Opportunity for career progression within Bakers Delight Salary: Competitive salary in line with market rates and applicable awards.
