We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Pastrycook to join our professional team. Position RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a Pastrycook or Baker Relevant qualification (Certificate III or equivalent) highly desirable Strong knowledge of traditional Persian sweets and pastries (highly regarded) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment Availability for early morning shifts and weekend work Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and baking traditional Persian sweets and pastries Producing buns, cakes, biscuits, desserts and specialty pastry goods Applying Persian baking techniques to ensure authenticity and quality Operating commercial bakery equipment including dough mixers, moulding and cutting machines Ensuring consistent product quality and presentation standards Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations Assisting with new product development and menu innovation Supervising and training pastry section staff where required The successful applicant must demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for quality baking and consistency.
