We’re seeking a relationship-driven Placements Lead to connect apprentices and trainees with host employers and ensure consistent, productive placements. About the Role This is a high-energy, phone-based role focused on: Daily high-volume outbound calls to host employers Building and managing strong employer relationships Identifying placement, rotation and redeployment opportunities Minimising apprentice/trainee stand downs Ensuring apprentices are either on-site with host employers or progressing through trade school Afternoons focus on administration, documentation, profiling, reporting and data integrity to support successful placements. You’ll work closely with Apprentice & Trainee Supervisors, Recruitment, Trainers and leadership to drive strong outcomes across PEER’s GTO and RTO operations.
