About the role Reporting to the Manager of Financial Compliance and Policy, you will support the strategic direction for finance training and development programs across the department. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive plans and schedules to support statewide training requirements, ensuring high standards of financial management are maintained across schools, preschools, and corporate offices. Duties Support strategic direction for Finance Division training programs and processes Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of training sessions and resources Manage the annual training program schedule and report on delivery outcomes Identify and select contemporary and effective training materials and resources Manage logistics including venues, catering, travel, and participant registration Lead training evaluations and drive continuous improvement of course content Skills and experience Significant experience in developing and delivering work-practice training programs High-level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional ability to think strategically and formulate practical training solutions Highly developed project management skills for geographically dispersed audiences Ability to exercise significant levels of judgement and initiative autonomously Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable) Culture & benefits Contribute to a high-performing team supporting the SA education system Engage with diverse stakeholders across metropolitan and regional South Australia Work in a central Adelaide CBD location with modern facilities Opportunity to drive continuous improvement in financial compliance training Role includes regional travel, providing variety and statewide engagement Join an organisation committed to safety, inclusion, and professional excellence How to Apply Click APPLY to submit your application, including a cover letter and CV, in one document in Microsoft Word only.
