The Role: Customer Service Representative Reporting to the Service Manager , you will be the first point of contact for our customers — via phone and email — ensuring their experience is smooth, efficient, and aligned with our commitment to Service Excellence. Working closely with our Service Delivery People (SDPs) , you’ll help strengthen our customer relationships and keep operations running seamlessly.
