We are now seeking a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join our ANZ / International Finance team on a 12-month maximum term contract , based in our vibrant Southbank office . Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and another Finance Business Partner, this role is responsible for managing month-end processes and preparing and analysing financial reports for the International business unit. The position also holds responsibility for financial reporting, balance sheet reviews and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. More about the Opportunity: Responsibility for all management accounting activities for the international business unit including: EOM management and financial reports EOM journals including trade, marketing and distribution accruals P&L preparation for WD4 management review Balance sheet reconciliations Variance analysis between actual and budget/forecast Sales and trade spend tracking and management Prepare monthly sales reports and schedule forward sales at month end Administration of salesforce database and weekly out of stock reporting SG&A reporting and actuals for ANZ/International business units to ensure budgets are delivered Ensure marketing tracker is updated for international activities Perform monthly reconciliation of the Amazon and Online store P&L, including calculating sales volumes and ensuring the accurate reporting of revenue and COGS in Oracle Set up and update pricing in Oracle to ensure accurate and timely reflection of price changes. Conduct financial evaluation and analysis for pricing and NPD initiatives / business cases. Manage and respond to internal and external audit queries. What We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced Finance professional who operates effectively in a fast-paced environment and is confident working independently while collaborating closely within the finance team. You will bring: 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial accounting or finance role FMCG, consumer products or retail finance experience (highly regarded) Good analysis and reporting skills Advanced excel skills and exposure to large ERP system like Oracle/SAP Degree qualified in accounting (Bachelor of Commerce etc) CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Resilience, flexibility and the ability to manage competing priorities You will be detail-oriented, analytically strong and comfortable working with senior finance stakeholders.
