About the role Your role as the Technical Support Officer - PV is to support the Solahart dealer network in resolving PV & DC battery system faults quickly, thereby promoting Solahart as a premium renewable energy business. Your role is to: Assist in the resolution of technical enquiries via the various media forms available to the Dealer/Installer. Collaborate with Field Sales & Sales Administration to identify training opportunities in order to reduce the number of repeat enquiries of the same type or nature and improve our customer service to the end-customer. Work in conjunction with the Warranty Specialist as Technical Support and Warranty are intrinsically linked. Maintain a strong preferential link with our suppliers to provide seamless support of their products as part of a Solahart System. Work with the product marketing team on areas that require focus in their portfolios, as part of our continuous improvement journey About you You will have: An Electrician licence Any additional study or qualification in the field of PV or DC batteries viewed favourably CEC/SAA Accredited Designer CEC/SAA Accredited Installer Experience in installing, fault finding and repairing String and Hybrid PV Systems. Must have strong problem solving skills and be motivated to assist in closing out issues in a logical and timely manner.
