Guest Realty are seeking an experienced and motivated Accommodation and Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our expanding portfolio of luxury serviced apartments in and around Sydney. This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills who is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Managing and maintaining positive relationships with both guests and property owners. Handling guest enquiries, disputes, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Coordinating and supervising property maintenance, repairs, inspections, quotes, and invoicing. Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance service quality. Scheduling and overseeing the work of cleaners, tradespeople, and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensuring compliance with relevant legal, health, and safety requirements. Skills & Attributes: Proven experience in accommodation or hospitality management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to resolve conflicts and manage guest relations with professionalism. Strong organisational and time management skills. Competence in coordinating staff schedules and managing contractors. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in accommodation management.
