Hospitality Manager – Residential Aged Care - Relocation NSW A unique Hospitality Manager opportunity within a well-established, not-for-profit aged care provider in NSW is the perfect relocation opportunity. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing catering, housekeeping and laundry services within a residential aged care home. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming, safe and high-quality environment for residents, families and staff. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering stability, strong support and genuine work-life balance. About the Role You will be responsible for the leadership and day-to-day management of: Four kitchens Housekeeping and laundry services A team of 9 staff including Cooks, Food Service Assistants, Cleaners and Laundry Assistants Key responsibilities include: Leading catering operations to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals Ensuring compliance with food safety, WHS and regulatory standards Managing stock control, suppliers and kitchen costs Being present and visible on the floor to ensure smooth daily operations Driving continuous improvement across all hospitality services About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Relevant qualifications and previous experience as a Chef or Cook Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams A hands-on management style and willingness to lead by example Strong knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance standards Experience managing housekeeping and/or laundry services (highly regarded) Aged care experience is desirable but not essential.
