We are self-insured, which gives you the ability to have a hands-on-role in assisting injured employees with their recovery. Bunge is seeking a Fixed-term, full time Return to Work Co Ordinator/safety administrator to manage Bunge’s early intervention program, assist in the day-to-day administration of workers compensation claims as well as providing administrative support to our health and safety advisor team. Duties Provide administrative claims management support including: Processing payments of invoices in SAP Data entry in Injury Management system (SolvInjury) Liaising with supervisors/managers across multiple sites to assist injured employees Assisting the Injury Manager with claim related matters Managing our Early Intervention program for employees General administrative support for the regionally based advisor team About you Strong administration skills and attention to detail Experience in return to work (highly desirable) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Outlook, Word, Power point SAP experience will be highly regarded Experience in assisting employees in Return to Work Workers Compensation/Claims experience (highly desirable) Ability to work independently Hold a current drivers licence with willingness to travel to sites (if required) About us Bunge connects farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
