Permanent Full-Time role Professional and supportive office environment Brand-new office layout in Eastwood, minutes from the CBD About the role Bunge is seeking a highly motivated and professional administrator with excellent people skills. This is a permanent full-time role in our Adelaide office. In this role you will work within the administration team to be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers. You will manage a wide range of tasks such as greeting visitors at reception, answering calls and directing them appropriately, and providing administrative support to the wider business. The role will also assist with records management. The successful applicant will enjoy working in an environment where they will respond to changing priorities based on business need. Duties include but are not limited to Provide warm, professional front‑of‑house reception support, greeting visitors and assisting staff as needed Coordinate meeting room bookings, including organising catering and ensuring spaces are set up and ready to use Arrange and manage travel requirements for staff, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries to ensure smooth daily operations Process invoices, expenses, and payments accurately in SAP Maintain organised and compliant records and documentation across the business Assist in the management of electronic and paper records About you Experience in receptionist or customer service role would be advantageous Intermediate level in MS Office suite Previous administration and mail room experience, desirable Attention to detail and good written communication skills Previous experience with SAP, desirable Sound Knowledge of technology to support business and delivery of role.
