Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, you’ll deliver impactful People & Culture solutions that align with our strategic objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance the employee experience. As our Senior P&C Business Partner, you will: Strategically partner with senior leaders to deliver people plans that enable growth and transformation. Oversee key employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance reviews, remuneration, and retention. Manage our annual talent and succession planning program, partnering with leaders to develop meaningful talent & management plans. End-to-end management and delivery of the employee engagement survey, ensuring we deliver meaningful insights to the business to improve engagement. Support leaders to manage employee relations matters and apply our people policies accurately across our organisation. Lead a variety of employee relations cases from managing under performance to complex employee relations matters and advise on EBAs and employment law ensuring compliance and fairness. Use P&C data and insights to make great people decisions and identify emerging workforce trends and risks. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion and ensure we are working inline with our organisational values Work with the Chief People Officer when needed to implement transformation programs. Support leaders with change planning, communications and implementation. Promote safe work practices and psychological safety. Support return-to-work programs, lead incident investigations, and contribute to OH&S initiatives. About You Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field 10 years in a People & Culture Business Partner or generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced or retail business. A strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, enterprise agreements, and contemporary people practices. Experience delivering People & Culture lifecycle activities including performance and talent management Demonstrated ability to influence and partner at all levels Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data literacy skills A passion for building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture Passion for creating employee experiences that align with purpose and values.
