They are a well-established education provider, operating in the state of Victoria and in other international locations. This education provider is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join the team, up to $130k super, including hybrid and flexible working options. Your new role Your new role as a Learning & Development Specialist will sit within a wider talent development team. Some of your key duties and responsibilities are included below: Facilitation of workshops, training sessions, leadership coaching and leadership interventions End-to-end lifecycle of learning from conducting learning needs analysis to evaluating program effectiveness Design, develop and implement talent & OD programs, including leadership development, high-potential talent programs, capability development, onboarding and career development Work together with the team to design a talent development strategy & roadmap in line with the education providers' plans What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:Comprehensive facilitation experience confident facilitating sessions for a professional and academic workforceStrong learning & development and design experience, including adult learning principlesAdvanced stakeholder management, including both internal and external stakeholder managementExperience working within the education sector would be advantageousIndependent and adaptable in a large, complex environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to Victoria.Birch@hays.com.au.
