As our Employee Relations Specialist, you will: Provide expert, commercially sound employee and industrial relations advice across retail stores, warehouses and support office, including investigations, conduct and performance matters, modern award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation Support organisational change initiatives by implementing initiatives to improve leadership capability in leading their teams Working with the learning and development team to to build and implement tools to help employees and leaders navigate the employee lifecycle at National Tiles Partner with line managers and employees to prepare for and conduct performance, conduct and investigation meetings, ensuring procedural fairness and appropriate documentation Manage end-to-end employee relations casework, maintaining strong matter management practices including accurate documentation, risk assessment and reporting Develop and maintain best-practice people and culture team resources, templates, guidance materials and reporting frameworks to manage risk and support informed decision-making Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders while promoting psychological safety, compliance, wellbeing and continuous improvement across the business Supporting the broader People and Culture team to achieve their strategic priorities and lifecycle activites.
