About the Opportunity Working closely with our operational leaders, you'll provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, performance, and HR policies. In this role, you will: Support leaders with advice on performance, conduct, and employee lifecycle matters Assist with workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and case management Provide guidance on Award and EA interpretation across varied employee groups Coordinate HR processes and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency Contribute to workforce planning, onboarding, engagement, and culture initiatives Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and develop your advisory confidence What you'll bring Solid experience in a Senior HR Advisor role or similar, ideally in blue-collar, multi-entity and/or operational environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Strong ER/IR experience Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a team mindset Working knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Award/EBA frameworks This is your chance to broaden your HR experience in a company where no two days are the same—and where your development is supported as you grow your capability.
