They’re kicking off a flagship HRIS uplift that will take them from a patchwork of legacy systems to a streamlined, cloud-based environment—and they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives on complexity, clarity, and delivering real business change. If you’ve led large-scale HRIS or payroll-focused projects and know your way around awards, EBAs and enterprise environments, this one has your name on it. About the role You’ll take end-to-end ownership of a multi-stream HR transformation program encompassing payroll, time & attendance, and workforce management systems. This is a hands-on delivery role where you’ll shape roadmap decisions, align global stakeholders, and keep a high-visibility project moving forward with confidence. You will: Drive the HRIS transformation from legacy platforms into a modern cloud environment Oversee project governance, reporting, budgeting and vendor management Work closely with Payroll, People & Culture and Operations teams Manage risks, dependencies and change impacts across a complex enterprise Ensure system configuration aligns with award/EBA requirements Lead cross-functional teams and keep the program aligned with global business objectives About you You’re a strong, steady delivery leader who knows HRIS programs inside-out and can navigate a complex stakeholder map without breaking stride. You bring: Proven experience delivering HRIS, payroll or time & attendance projects in enterprise settings Strong understanding of awards, EBAs and workforce compliance Experience uplifting legacy systems into cloud platforms Ability to manage vendors and internal teams across multiple countries Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-engagement skills A steady hand under pressure and a knack for simplifying technical detail Experience in manufacturing (nice to have but not essential)
